Terms & Condition

Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of FCCM Hospitality Services ("the Company") services by clients ("the Client").


1.2 By engaging the Company's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

2.1 The Company provides various hospitality services, including but not limited to consulting, design, training, and management.

2.2 The Client may engage the Company for any of these services by mutual agreement.

2.3 The Company will provide the agreed-upon services to the Client with reasonable care and skill.

Fees and Payment

3.1 The fees for the Company's services will be agreed upon between the Company and the Client before the start of the project.

3.2 The Client agrees to pay the fees in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or part thereof until payment is received in full.

Confidentiality

4.1 The Company agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential.

4.2 The Client agrees to keep any information provided by the Company confidential.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any materials created by the Company as part of its services will remain the property of the Company.

5.2 The Client will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any materials created by the Company for its own internal purposes only.

5.3 The Client agrees not to reproduce or distribute any materials created by the Company without the Company's prior written consent.

Liability

6.1 The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client as a result of the Client's use of the Company's services.

6.2 The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any loss or damage suffered by the Company as a result of the Client's use of the Company's services.

Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party.

7.2 Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued up to the date of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client.

9.2 Any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
